Tuesday Night Tupper Wear Party Ride

For the past several Tuesdays, Larry "Wrong Way" Pickering has been hosting an alternative ride.  What was once traditionally known as the Team Body Bag  training ride has evolved into something a little different.  New bikes come on the market, more travel is available, people travel to Vail and rent outrageous downhill rigs.....you know the deal.  Things change over time.  The Tupper Wear ride is not about speed, rather it is about control.  Control of your bike; control of your fear; control of your excitement.

This ride is fun but it can be brutal.  I speak from experience.  Drop your guard for one second, loose your concentration and you can get hurt.  But this ride is not about peer pressure to do anything big.  Actually, if there is any peer pressure at all, it is to let someone know not to try something.  Not one person on this ride will say to you , " come on sissy, just do it" .  More than likely someone will say, "better wait until you get more travel" or " why don't you practice on some smaller stuff first".  At any rate, this ride is open to all that want to expand your skill set a little bit.  Come out and have some fun.  It is not as exciting as watching the Kranked Trilogy on your home theater, but I can promise that you will never be bored.
