DISTANCE
Connecting the 3 loops into one lap makes about 13 miles
****
DIFFICULTY
From very easy (green) to more challenging (yellow) to more difficult (red)
****
RIDE TYPE
99% singletrack, mostly tight twisty stuff with a few faster open sections. Green
and Yellow loops flow well with nice turns and a few V-trees. The Red section is
different with bigger drops and cool bridges.
****
WHEN TO RIDE
Avoid when wet. It gets very muddy especially in the winter. In the summer it dries
pretty good but it gets a little sandy. Beware of Poison Ivy during the summer.

Old stuff
The city of Oklahoma City has designated a 180 acre parcel of land as an official 'mountain bike park'.
The Oklahoma Earthbike Fellowship (OEF) applied for and was awarded a $16,000 grant from the Oklahoma Recreational Trails
Fund (ORTF) for equipment and materials to be used in building and maintaining the Lake Stanley Draper Mountain Bike Park in
the Oklahoma City Metro area.
The OEF also assisted in the successful application by the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust for grant monies to build
a parking lot and trailhead facilities for the mountain bike park. This $17,000 grant was also awarded by ORTF. These grant
monies were made available through the National Recreational Trail Fund Act and the program is overseen by the Federal
Highway Administration. The program operates on a 50% match basis which allows the OEF to match the grant amount with in
kind volunteer labor.
